In a down market our team believes we must provide our sellers with every possible way to expose their home to potential buyers. Due to our high volume of business we can afford to offer our sellers maximum exposure and service. Today I find it essential to provide each of our sellers with the Realtor.com enhancement, an interactive voice response system for their property approach to schedule showings and provide immediate seller feedback. Consistent full color advertising in local publications. I finally believe there is no substitue for a superior marketing plan to sell our listed properties in the shortest amount of time and net our sellers the most money.
