In a down market our team believes we must provide our sellers with every possible way to expose their home to potential buyers. Due to our high volume of business we can afford to offer our sellers maximum exposure and service. Today I find it essential to provide each of our sellers with the Realtor.com enhancement, an interactive voice response system for their property approach to schedule showings and provide immediate seller feedback. Consistent full color advertising in local publications. I finally believe there is no substitue for a superior marketing plan to sell our listed properties in the shortest amount of time and net our sellers the most money.

My wife and I personally enjoy living in this area and taking advantage of all that it has to offer. Crocker Park, Avon's Historic District and Avon Lake's water front are all a pleasure for their residents. Living close to Cleveland has many perks. We are able to live close enough to Cleveland yet still enjoy the suburban lifestyle. Recently we attended the Playhouse Theatre to see the Lion King with our family, and afterward enjoyed dinner at the Polish Festival at St. John
Cantius in Tremont. All within a 15 minute drive from our home.
