Robert is a Senior Sales Partner of the Szarek Team. As a real estate agent since 2002, he was honored as a "Rookie of the Year" by Realty One/ Howard Hanna and has been recognized as a leader in relocation as well. Robert resides in Westlake with his family and is involved in several community activities including an active sponsorship of the Cleveland State Athletic Department.

Tina Thomson has been with Realty One/ Howard Hanna and Bob Szarek for 12 years. As an Administrative Partner, Tina assists Bob with all functions of The Szarek Team. She is also Listing Coordinator for the Szarek Team. Tina and oversees the listing process from start to finish, focusing on promotion of listings in the mass media, advertising, showings and feedback and details of 5-star customer service. Tina also oversees closings with the team's closing coordinator to ensure a smooth transactio. Tina and her husband Jim live in Westlake and have two daughters.
Lisa Flynn has been with Realty One/ Howard Hanna since 1997 when she was first licensed in Real Estate. Currently with The Szarek Team, Lisa specializes in west side condos. She is a Property Manager on the Gold Coast and is very familiar with all facets of condominium life. Lisa lives in Rocky River with her husband, Tim.
Full time, full service realtor Emily Dagy with the Szarek Team has an impeccable work ethic and powerful negotiation skills, making her a vital asset to both her clients and the team. Emily has acquired comprehensive knowledge of the local and surrounding markets and is experienced in all facets of real estate, specializing in first time home ownership, foreclosures, investment properties and short sales. In her spare time, Emily puts her talent for finding the perfect home to use as a volunteer for Love-A-Stray, a non-profit organization.
Tim, brings 7 years sales experience to The Szarek Team. He is a life long resident of Cleveland's Westside and currently resides in Bay Village. Tim is a 1995 graduate of St. Edward High School and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1999. Tim actively enjoys sports and is a member of Winterhurst's Sunday Night Hocky League.
Cathy Peebles is a well-established and well connected Realtor in the industry, recognized for her outstanding service and determination. Certified as an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and E-Pro, Cathy takes client representation to the next level. Although Cathy is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, she specializes in waterfront homes, and homes of distinction. For the past five years, Cathy has generously provided corporate sponsorship for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life event. Cathy's home in the Vermillion Lagoons allows her to spend time enjoying her boating hobby.
Lynne brings ten years of solid real estate sales experience to the Szarek Team. Lynne's demonstrated talent and determination for sales were evident early on, and she was honored with the "Rookie of The Year" award. Before becoming a member of the Szarek Team, Lynne graduated from Lake Erie College in Painesville and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Supervision & Administration from Cleveland State University. She comes to the Szarek Team after an accomplished career as an elementary school teacher and intern principal. Lynne has also served on the Board of Managers of her Home Owners Association, including three years as the President. Lynne and her husband David have two sons and three grandchildren.
Paul is a young, dynamic real estate professional who brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the Szarek Team. Paul was first licensed in 2005 and has recently transitioned to the Szarek Team in 2009. Paul has an extensive background in bank owned and foreclosed properties and enjoys working on the investment side of real estate. Paul understands how to find an incredible deal in any market and helps his clients realize the abundant opportunities that the Cleveland market presents. Paul also enjoys working with first time home buyers because he understands the unique fears, concerns and needs of this particular customer. Paul and his wife Carolyn reside in Berea, where he and his family have lived for years. Carolyn is an administrator and coaches girls basketball at the local high school. Paul is active in a variety of chambers, enjoys networking with other professionals and also loves to support and participate in local athletics.
